Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities is the dealer of Kolbe® Windows & Doors in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. We are growing and have an opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to sell window and door products that are recognized in the window and door industry as the leader in innovative design and superior quality. The Kolbe Gallery is currently seeking a Sales Associate to develop and manage sales in a territory covering the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include:

  • Represent Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities and Kolbe Windows & Doors with a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services and use a solutions-based sales approach to address the customers’ needs.
  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan with guidance from General Manager.
  • Represent Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities at trade conferences and consumer home shows as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations for builders, architects, and homeowners.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate new business and build relationships with influencers through strategically planning a daily schedule to call on existing and potential architects, builders, and designers.

Knowledge and Experience:

1. Must have a minimum of one-year industry related experience.

2. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Must be self-motivated and demonstrate good organizational skills.

4. Must be able to deliver presentations to a variety of different audiences.

5. Must be able to use Microsoft 365 applications and Zoho CRM.

Education Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent presentation skills with small and large groups.

2. Excellent analytical skills.

3. The ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.

4. Read blueprints and do take-offs.

5. Respond to requests quickly and systematically.

6. Handle multiple projects at one time.

7. Meet deadlines.

8. Prioritize and maintain a proactive schedule while remaining flexible in order to quickly respond to customer needs and adapt to environmental changes.

9. Lift samples and literature up to 50 pounds.

10. Ability to perform minor service work in the field.
